Do you offer quantity discounts?

You’ll notice that the more you order of a product the lower the price becomes, especially with custom printed products. Order 5, 10 or 25 cases and you can really save some money! Experiment with the quantity when entering your quote information and watch the price discounts increase! 


I don’t see our equipment manufacturer and/or model listed; can you still help me? 

Most likely, yes. Just give us a call at 1.800.872.0991 to discuss your needs or email csr@askami.com. Make sure you have the manufacturers name and the model number of your equipment.


Can you help coordinate our receipts with our ATM screen advertising? Or provide resources for other ATM marketing supplies?

I need a sensor (sense mark) on my receipts. Is this considered a special request or additional color?

We print products with sensor marks so it’s not a special request. Our stock blank rolls for equipment that requires a sensor mark comes with a preprinted sensor mark. For custom jobs, if there is black printing on the same side as the sensor, it still counts as a one-color, one-side, black-only job. If your sensor is on the other side from your printed message/logo, it will be considered as a two-color, two-side job.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Stock, unprinted orders ship within 48 hours of order receipt. Custom printed orders ship within 15 working days after we receive your approved printing proof (sample of what your order will look like). If your order will take longer than 15 working days, we will notify you in advance so that we can discuss other alternatives, if necessary. 


I’m really in a rush; can I get my custom printed order faster?

Yes. Just call us at 1.800.872.0991 and we’ll do everything possible to accommodate your delivery date.


I’ve already placed an order and I need to make a change. What do I do?

Call 1.800.872.0991 or email csr@askami.com and we’ll work with you to get the change made.


Can you ship orders to multiple locations?

Absolutely! Simply enter your shipping instructions in the area marked “Special Instructions” as you complete your online order. If you need part of your order to ship in a rush, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Do you process payments on a secure server? What if I don’t want to use the Internet to pay by credit card?

Can our company open an account with you?

Yes, we do offer open account billing, although our online payment processing offers the most competitive pricing. If you would like to apply for an open account with Automated Media Inc. (AMI), please call 800.872.0991 or download our credit application. When completed, please fax it to 317.566.0882. Credit applications are normally processed within 24 hours and you will be notified upon completion.

What is your Return Policy?
